Posted September 5, 2010. i do not see how a clutch depressed can affect a turbo, it sound like you have two problems, the noisy clutch is most likly the release bearing on its way out, if the turbo is not working it could be many things like split intercooler pipe,clogged egr,accuator problem, boost problem or the turbo itself,without Team work !!
